Paul McCartney keeps growing the U.S. leg of his “Out There” tour one city at a time. Now the legendary artist comes to San Diego’s Petco Park, home of MLB’s Padres. So far that is the only September show on his itinerary but if the current pattern is any indication there will be more added dates to follow. Sir Paul also comes to Greensboro, Louisville, Jacksonville, Nashville, Atlanta, Dallas, New Orleans, Lubbock, San Francisco, Phoenix, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Missoula, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Lincoln and Fargo.

The MLB All Star Game & Home Run Derby comes to Target Field in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this weekend. Coming to Broadway:
Tony winner Hugh Jackman returns to Broadway with The River, “a spiritually searching drama about a trout-loving loner in a remote cabin and two of the women in his life.” The play was a critically acclaimed hit in its premiere at the Royal Court Theater in London in 2012 and is now being helmed by one of theater’s biggest stars for its Broadway showing. The production runs at the Circle In The Square Theatre from October 31st to January 15th.
The musical-theater adaptation of the 1992 film Honeymoon in Vegas is coming to Broadway starring Tony Danza. Danza, who appeared in the Paper Mill production, will return as Tommy Korman, a gambler who falls for a young woman in Vegas to wed her marriage-phobic boyfriend. The show comes to Brooks Atkinson Theatre from November 18th to May 31st.
